Return Policies

Creating a return

Before initiating a return, please review the following conditions:

  1. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  2. Returned goods must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. The valid RMA number must be marked on the return package (more details below in ‘RMA Numbers’).

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, particularly if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We'll always replace any products that are defective or damaged within 30 days,  If you need to have an item swapped out, please send us a message at office@sot-llc.com, please include your order number, picture of damaged shipping packaging, picture of damaged product

RMA numbers

In order to return a product to SOT LLC, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can get one by contacting us by clicking here.

Please Include your order number in your message.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  SOT LLC, 4950 Olive st, Commerce City, Co, 80022

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
